Health experts recommend we should all drink at least eight glasses of water every day. The problem is that most of us are too busy to keep track of our fluid intake. One solution is to purchase bottled water, but large bottles are heavy to carry around all day, are expensive, and discarding plastic bottles isn't good for the environment.
