One of my passion projects is organising and hosting IoT events such as meetups, hardware hackathons, and conferences in Edinburgh and London. As an entrepreneur I also start businesses. My most recent venture is a text input and word prediction technology called Tusi, that has been designed specifically for very small touchscreens; ideal for smartwatches, interactive domestic appliances, and in-car touchscreen interfaces.

Earlier this week I attended the Commercial UAV Show, which was a two day event that took place on 20-21st October 2015 at ExCeL, London. Well a group of Stanford University grads have "hacked" one of Britain's most iconic sports cars and made it drive like a total lunatic! The driverless DeLoren is even capable of drifting like a champ!

Between 2000 and 2010, Bryan and I lived a somewhat nomadic lifestyle. We moved more than fifteen times, including stays of varying lengths in three continents, six countries, three Canadian provinces, and four cities in the UK. After five wonderful years in Scotland, we’ve recently moved once again!

Whenever I go out wearing my LG Watch Urbane during the day it receives very little attention, because it looks very much like a conventional horological watch. At night, however, it's a different story. The Urbane's illuminated P-OLED fascia looks so good it turns heads.
