By way of an addendum, we attended a talk yesterday by David Braben (co-founder of the Raspberry Pi Foundation) and creator of the space trading game, Elite at Future Decoded 2014. The good news for Elite fans is that after a successful Kickstarter campaign the next game in the Elite series, 'Elite: Dangerous', is being Beta tested in advance of the game's imminent release.
